K & V Rentals Company is located in Larnaca Bay - Dhekelia Road, Pyla Area, which is only fifteen minutes from the International Airport. We have a variety of accommodation, such as 2 or 3 bedroom Villas with and without a swimming pool. 1, 2 or 3 bedroom Apartments for Long or Short Term Rent, with and without furniture and some with a communal swimming pool.

All our accommodation that are for short term rent and are fully equipped for self catering.All havel electrical appliances such as: air-condition, TV, fridge-freezer, washing machine and some have dishwashers.

Most of our accommodation are situated within walking distance from the beach, grocery shops, bars and restaurants.

We also have our local convenience store for all your groceries and amenities which is available 7 days a week.

Our prices include: maid services every seven days and transfer to and from the airport.

K & V Rentals provide a Car Hire Services at very good rate and can offer a special deal for a Car + Accommodation.

We provide an invitation for Non EU residents.
